Hours: 7 am - 1 pm Monday - Saturday, open until 2 pm on Sundays.

Starting on February 2, we’ll be open 7 am to 9ish pm Monday - Friday. Food truck food is welcome back in 5-8 pm. We’ll have beer, wine and aperitifs, and a small menu of bar snacks, soups, and meat and cheese boards.

In the mornings, we are your other office, meeting spot, and relaxed hangout, with free wifi and places to plug in. We have high quality espresso, tea and house baked pastries, and heartier fare like portable breakfast tacos and loaded toast.

In the afternoons, we shift forward to a pre-evening aperitif and snacks mode, although laptops and meetings are still welcome.

At 5 pm, the food trucks start serving dinner, and we’re an all ages casual dining room.

At 7 pm, we frequently “open the doors” to stage events with weekly trivia, talks, music and more. See the current stage schedule for more information.

On Sundays, we roll out a brunch with mimosas, pastries and rotating food trucks Sunny Up and Good Morning Tacos. (Sunny Up is currently on hiatus.)

On Saturday and Sunday evenings, we’re available as a private and community event venue for rent. We give priority to nonprofits, but we support most kinds of events. Please contact us at joinus@drumlin.pub for inquiries, and stay tuned for more information.
